Headteacher’s Welcome

“Together We Achieve”

Our aim at North Newton Community School is to nurture the ‘whole child’ regardless of their abilities and support them to explore their individual talents. We are continually re-evaluating our curriculum to ensure it is exciting and varied and supports pupils in securing the retaining knowledge necessary to support them in the next phase of learning and in becoming effective citizens, leading happy and successful lives. We have been judged by OFSTED to be a ‘Good School’. Our KS1 and KS2 results over the last 5 years, until the pandemic, put us in the top 20% of Primary Schools in Somerset. Please see our Curriculum Intent and details on our wider curriculum in our Curriculum Section.
