Just to let everyone know some great news from last year and a nice change to hear something really positive.

Badgers entered the Charles Causley Poetry Trust poetry competition (under the watchful eye of Mrs Marsh) and whilst it was great news to hear that two of our then year 6’s (Jasmine Anderson and Cassia Pickford were shortlisted to attend the awards ceremony as they had won prizes.

The good news doesn’t end there as last Friday at the awards ceremony, Cassia was chosen as the overall winner.

Well done Cassia and Jasmine – a wonderful achievement!
